Sledding (in Swiss German, schlitteln) isn't a kids' activity in Switzerland — it's a national sport. Wooden sleds, long dedicated runs, and a restaurant halfway down.

About 6 km on a closed pass road, lit in the evening, with the Rhaetian Railway (the Albula line, a UNESCO World Heritage route) to take you back up. The best night sledding in Switzerland.
